This website is operated by Balaji Divine Essence, trading as AURAH (“AURAH”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

We take care to describe and photograph our attars and essential oils accurately. Colours may vary slightly on screen, and natural products can vary slightly from batch to batch. Our products are fragrance and aromatherapy products. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice or intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

2. Safe use

Please read the usage and safety guidance on our How to Use and Stay Safe page before use. Essential oils are concentrated and must be diluted before use on skin. Patch test first. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are allergic, or are buying for children or pets.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card details. We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders and cancellations

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an error, or we suspect misuse, and we will refund any amount paid. Cancellations by you are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property

The AURAH name, logo, product names, photographs and website content belong to Balaji Divine Essence and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AURAH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
